It took a bit of practice to get used to the balance and I was at the same time getting used to my new electric bike which the carrier is attached to. The service was exceptional, talking me through what to expect and how best to use the carrier. The team are very responsive to queries and questions. I couldn’t find any other carrier which was agile and the right size to not be to big to inhibit where I go. I highly recommend.
